Scott P. Hix, founder of TargetPath, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience developing global brands, sales channels, product strategy and business development in North America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Asia Pacific.  Scott has held senior executive positions developing global strategy for industry leaders - InFocus, Planar Systems and Runco International.

Scott is a decisive leader with passion for leading high-performance teams, establishing strong customer loyalty and expanding market share while reducing operating costs. Scott's strategic insight along with his new business development skills can help businesses jumpstart their global sales initiatives. He has been responsible for growing businesses from start up to over $600 million in annual revenue with organizations based in every region around the world.  He has a  wealth of contacts and professional relationships with manufacturers, channel partners from value added resellers, custom installer, CE Retailers, e-tailers and regional IT/AV distributors in the commercial and consumer display markets.

Brad Gleeson, founder of TargetPath, is an innovative entrepreneur with a solid track record of identifying market opportunities, launching new ventures and managing businesses from early stage growth to industry leadership. His experience launching companies and managing successful business units of industry leaders makes him uniquely qualified to evaluate business opportunities and bring them to fruition. Brad is an industry thought leader who combines deep technical and market knowledge with great people skills. For more than two decades Brad has pioneered new display markets. Most recently Brad was the General Manager of Planar's Digital Signage products. In 2006 he co-founded and was president of ActiveLight Inc. and CineLight Corp., leading US distributors of plasma displays and home theater products. Prior to ActiveLight Mr. Gleeson was director of marketing at Boxlight Corp., an early manufacturer and marketer of LCD projectors. In addition, Mr. Gleeson was founder and president Sayett International (the European subsidiary of Sayett Technology), and NovaCorp Inc., distributors of the world's first presentation laptop computer. He has worked as a product manager at Eastman Kodak and was responsible for the company's Datashow line of LCD projection products.

Daines, VP of Business Development at TargetPath, has 20 years of experience that includes start-up executive leadership, general management and international business development with high tech companies. He has an extensive record of developing successful, high growth OEM partnerships, including complex contract negotiations, with global consumer electronics companies.

J.B. has a strong history in leading global teams with cross-functional responsibilities to exceed financial targets while hitting aggressive project goals and timelines.  J.B. has a proven track record in managing complex business development, sales and marketing organizations while identifying and seizing on new business opportunities.  He has a broad background working with international partners and complex sales & distribution channels in both commercial and consumer markets.  J.B. is a results oriented executive that is passionate about leading global teams in developing new markets and opportunities while maintaining a start-up mentality to minimize costs.

Brian Carskadon, VP of Product Marketing, leads domestic and international teams to develop and market consumer and industrial products for the display industry. He has experience working with international customers and suppliers and his engineering background gives him unique ability to interact with an engineering team while his product marketing experience enables him to communicate what products and features the market desires. With time-to-market as a key focus, he is able to make trade-off decisions that directly affect the product features and cost while keeping the teams driving products forward without feature-creep. He leverages his sales experience to communicate with customers and focus groups to gather market needs that are translated into Product Requirement Documents that act as the keystone for the product development and product marketing teams.

Recently, Brian was the Director of Product Development for Planar's Home Theater business unit where he led the engineering, product management and product marketing teams for the Planar and Runco brands. Prior to Planar, Brian was the Global Segment Manager for consumer products with InFocus Corporation, where he was in charge of the roadmap and product positioning of InFocus' consumer products, which included the successful ScreenPlay series of home theater products, the high-volume value business projectors like the best-selling X-series projectors as well as the LP-series meeting room and installation projectors.

He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and a BS in Computer Aided Engineering.
