Consumer Electronics industry veteran and award-winning channel expert joins Scott Hix and Brad Gleeson to head TargetPath

Wilsonville, OR – January 3, 2018:  TargetPath, a full-service technology business accelerator that helps great ideas become successful companies announced today that it has named Deena Ghazarian managing partner, effective December 1, 2017. Ghazarian, who has been a senior partner with TargetPath since 2015, joins TargetPath co-founders Scott Hix and Brad Gleeson as the third managing partner of the global organization.

With more than two decades of experience in channel management for CE, including retail, online, specialty and direct-to-consumer, Ghazarian has demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar sales growth while providing award-winning sales leadership. A Board of Industry Leaders member of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and winner of many industry accolades, including Women in CE Legacy Award and named to the 2016 Dealerscope Most Powerful Women in Technology, Ghazarian is an expert in global consumer electronics sales modeling and channel management. Beyond CE, Ghazarian has additional success with a myriad of markets, including soft goods and lifestyle accessories. A proven producer and leader, she is tenacious in building new businesses, accelerating brands and growing global channel partnerships.

Ghazarian began her career in retail store management before moving to branded manufacturing business, where she spent a large part of her tenure accelerating Monster to a more than $1B company.  Notable achievements included overseeing the global sales strategy for multiple Monster categories and brands including Monster Cable, Monster Power, Monster Headphones and Beats by Dre. With TargetPath, she has significantly grown the client portfolio of CE brands, lifestyle products, headphone and audio manufacturers and soft goods. As managing partner, Ghazarian will own global sales strategy for all TargetPath customers as well as share responsibilities with Hix and Gleeson in driving global Business Development.
